Do not call MY President the Devil and expect my money
« on: September 27, 2006, 08:12:56 AM »
Chavez' "speach" at the UN Annual Metting in NYC was definately the last straw for me.  I will rather run out of gas and walk for miles than feul up at Citgo.

I may not like President Bush, for reasons that are my own.  it is not because of this prisoner thing. I am for the torturing of Islamic Muslims if they are part of Al Quada or any terrorist organization that kills without prejudice.

It is not because of him being accused of not informing the American public the truth about Iraq.   he is the president, I am sure he knows what he is doing or his staff knows.  I cannot say I know better then he.  i saw a murderous dictator that had to go and yes he is gone.

But if anyone calls him the devil, I will defend our commander and chief. Chavez called him the Devil and as far as I am concerned he called every american a devil. So to hell with him(Chavez) To hell with his countrys gas.  There are many other places out there that are cheaper then Citgo. Every American should be doing the same.  If they want to be anti american and buy Citgo, then I believe they should be kicked out of this great country of ours

Chavez is a true anti-American

Yes, it is proven that the revenue he collects from Citgo (an awefull lot btw) goes directly to funding his wacky Anti-American charades.  I mean look at what he (Chavez) stands for -- if America as a whole is for it; he's against it.  And vice versa.  I mean come on!  Even if I was'n American, I wouldn't want to fund a loony toon like that.

That's the way I see it.  Threats were made against us.  Something we can no longer dismiss.

I will not contribute to our own dimise.  I'm glad the he opened his big mouth at the U.N.  It woke us up.  I think we should be more informed on where our dollars go.

When traveling from Pennsylvania to our home in Kentucky receently, we stopped at a Citgo gas station to fill up.  From the time the gas was put in the car, we had problems.  The car was missing (I could feel the car jerking) and you could tell there was a problem.  When we needed to fill up again, we chose another brand of gas and everything was fine.  We still hadn't figured out it was the gas causing the problems.  When we got home again, the Citgo station put their gas on sale, so we bought more Citgo gas.  The same thing happened again.  By then it was clear that there was a problem with the gas.  So, not only will I now boycott Citgo because Chavez is an idiot.  He is shaking one fist at President Bush and the U.S. and has the other hand out taking our hard-earned money.   I don't want him to have a dime of my money, but also the gas doesn't seem to be as good of a quality as other gas.  And, by the way, Citgo is usually more expensive than other gas in our area, not cheaper, so I wouldn't shop there ever because of the price.  I will never buy Citgo gas again.

You are not the only one who notices this kind of thing.  Citgo should be investigated for not meeting fuel quality standards.

If you experience this kind of thing, report it promptly to the EPA here.

A fuel that causes misfiring and sputtering in your engine is not a clean burn and robs your vehicle of power.  The combination results in higher emissions and need more more frequent fill-ups -- not to mention the increased wear and tear on the engine.
